Weekly Food Diary
I just want to put a little disclaimer before I tell you what I've eaten this week and say that I do work part time so my eating does get skewed a bit as I have to eat when I get a break at work. Please do remember as well that I am deathly allergic to fruit so that won't be included, I don't not eat fruit because I don't want to. Lastly, I don't want any negativity about how much or how little I eat because I'm sure some people will think it's nothing and some people will think it's loads.
Sunday
Water (cups): 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
Breakfast (brunch) -11:15- 2 strips of bacon, 1/3 cup breakfast potatoes, 2 poached eggs, and 1 cup hot cocoa
Snack -3:00- 1/4 cup home made brown sugar and cinnamon ice cream
Dinner -5:30- 1 bowl of home made leek soup (about 11/4 cups)
Snack -9:00- 1 cup chocolate milk
Monday
Water (cups): 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
Breakfast -9:15- 1/4 cup oatmeal cooked in 1/2 cup 2% milk, topped with cinnamon and raw cacao nibs
Snack -11:45- 1 cup hot cocoa
Lunch -12:40- 1 bowl of leftover homemade leek soup (about 11/4 cups)
Dinner -4:45- 1/2 cup penne pasta with 1 cup carrots
Snack -7:15- 1 cup homemade brown sugar and cinnamon ice cream

Lunch -11:30- 1 cup cheesy pasta with green beans and 1/2 cup homemade brown sugar and cinnamon ice cream (I was extremely hungry after no breakfast ha ha)
Snack -3:15- 1 cup hot cocoa
Dinner -5:30- 2 cups green beans
Snack -9:10- 1 bowl multi-grain cheerios with 2% milk
Breakfast -9:15- 1/4 cup oatmeal cooked in 1/2 cup 2% milk, topped with cinnamon and raw cacao nibs
Snack -11:45- 1 cup hot cocoa
Lunch -12:40- 1 bowl of leftover homemade leek soup (about 11/4 cups)
Dinner -4:45- 1/2 cup penne pasta with 1 cup carrots
Snack -7:15- 1 cup homemade brown sugar and cinnamon ice cream
Tuesday
Water (cups):Breakfast: nothing :( I had to fast for a blood test

Wednesday

Lunch -12:25- 1 poached egg on 12 grain toast
Snack -3:15- 1 cup homemade brown sugar and cinnamon ice cream
Dinner -5:00- 1 piece of chicken (breast), 1 cup carrots, 1/2 cup white cheddar cheese macaroni
Thursday

Breakfast -8:40- 1/4 cup oatmeal cooked in 1/2 cup 2% milk, topped with cinnamon and raw cacao nibs
Lunch -12:30- 1 cup leftover white cheddar cheese macaroni
Dinner -5:45- 1/2 of a bacon, tomato and cheese panzerotti
Snack -7:30- 1/2 cup homemade brown sugar and cinnamon ice cream
Friday
Water (cups): 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
Breakfast -9:00- 1/4 cup oatmeal cooked in 1/2 cup 2% milk, topped with cinnamon and raw cacao nibs (surprise, surprise ha ha)
Snack -11:15- 1 cup hot cocoa
Lunch -12:30- 1/4 of my leftover panzerotti
Dinner -5:00- 1 slice pizza and a mixed green salad with oil and vinegar to dress
I'm realizing looking back at my week that I had a serious lack of greens. This is why I like to keep a food diary; it makes me more conscious of my eating habits and lets me see where I'm lacking.
