It's a bit of a cooler day here in N.Ontario so I opted for a less than summery outfit (insert sad emoji here). I'm wearing my black jeans from Forever 21 and my pink cardigan is also from Forever 21. My 'Let's Jam' muscle tee is from Sheinside! 

On my feet I'm wearing black sandals with gold details from Ardene.

Can I just say how much I LOVE this skirt?? I bought it last summer from the 400 Market in Barrie and I still am just as obsessed with it as I was at the time. I paired it with a loose, flowy cropped tank from Garage and simple rhinestone stud sandals from Ardene.

I decided to show a workout outfit today as I haven't ever shown one in the past. My thick strap tank top is from Canada's Wonderland and my shorts are from Forever 21. I'm wearing a sports bra from Under Armour that I really love. My trainers are from Sportcheck- they are Nike Free 5.0 in the coral colour and I LOVE them!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA!!! I'm someone who loves having any possible reason to celebrate so Canada turning 148 today is as good an excuse as any I do believe! I plan to spend my day with my best friend Amanda, enjoying the festivities that are happening in my city and then finishing off the night downtown watching the fireworks!

For my Canada day outfit I'm showing pride in my country by wearing a Canada top from Bluenotes. I've paired it with pink ripped jeans also from Bluenotes, and chevron patterned shoes from BoatHouse. 

My nails are bright red for the occasion- Lollipop by Essie. I'm so excited to have a wonderful day of celebrations and an evening of fireworks!

First of all, please ignore the slippers and the 4th day hair. I'm trying to get my hair to just two washes a week but it's definitely been a long (and greasy) process ha ha ha. Today I'm going for a casual lunch date with my cousin and her 10 month old on a patio restaurant in the down town area of my city and then back to her BRAND NEW HOUSE! I'm so proud of her and her husband for purchasing their first home for them and their baby and doggy!

Anyways, on to the outfit... My jeans will be no surprise as they're my favourite ones from Forever 21. My shirt is a new one I picked up from Wal-Mart for $7. My sunglasses are from Winners. I am obsessed with this outfit, I think it's so cute and springy!

Now that I'm FINALLY off work for the day I have changed into some comfy clothes to go hangout with a couple of friends (yay for social life ha ha ha). I'm wearing my favourite jeans from Forever 21, a black, loose, flowy tank top from Bootlegger and my navy cardigan from Hollister. For a pop of colour I'm wearing my cheap lace flats from Wal-Mart. Accessory wise I've got a rose gold necklace from Chanel and "diamond" stud earrings from Claire's. To finish it off I grabbed my beige, cream and red cross body bag from Coach (the link is to the same bag in a different colour- which I wish the store had as I like the pink better ha ha- I bought the bag 2 years ago so I did the best I could!)

This morning I'm heading out to a brunch at 11:00 am so I'm a little more dressed up than usual. I have on a black body-con skirt from Bootlegger with a black and gold belt from Bluenotes. My pink tank with a lace detail is from Ardenes as well as my black lace pointed toe flats. My cardigan and tights are both from H&M. Lastly, my vintage white hardcover purse is from a little vintage shop in a town 75 minutes down the highway from my city. I really like this outfit, I think it's super cute and dressy enough for a fancy brunch while not being too over the top. Let me know what you think!

Today is a beautiful day here in Northern Ontario, Canada -it's sunny, not a cloud in the sky and already 13 degrees Celsius! I am wearing my coral pants that were $25 from Urban Planet, my floral high- low shirt was $13 and is also from Urban Planet, and my shoes cost $10 at Wal-Mart. I think this outfit is so cute and it just shows that you don't need to spend a fortune to look nice!

Today was actually quite a sunny day here and 10 degrees Celsius! I wore my mint lace flats from Wal-Mart because I am absolutely obsessed with them. My jeans are from Forever 21, my shirt is from a thrift shop, and my cardigan is from Hollister. My purse is from a vintage clothing store. It is a hard cover bag from the 70's and I absolutely love it!

#OOTD

I love this outfit. Like, I seriously love this outfit. Starting at the top I have my knock off aviators from Winners which I love because they're not as big as traditional aviators so they fit better on my small face. My pastel purple baby doll style top is also from Winners. This shirt was a bargain as the original retail price was $36.00 and the Winners price was $19.99, then when I went up to pay it scanned up only $8.00! It's always such a nice surprise when that happens! 

Moving on, my cardigan is one I've had for ages from Hollister. I'm wearing charcoal grey leggings from Forever 21 which were also a bargain at just $6.00! My only gripe about these leggings is that I wish I had gotten a medium instead of a small since they are quite tight fitting (even though I measured a small on their size chart). Finally, my shoes, believe it or not, are from Walmart. When I walked by I just fell in love and had to have them! They're such a cute pastel mint and the lace on them is super girly.

I ended up adding a little white camisole from Garage because I wasn't quite comfortable going out as I was since the neck line is quite revealing and the top is a bit sheer. I really hope you like this outfit! If you know of any websites that sell super cute, girly, pastel clothes please let me know!

Today was a beautiful day here in Northern Ontario (12 degrees Celsius!). Thanks to the good weather and the appearance the sun made, my cousin and I were able to walk the board walk this morning.

Today I wore my salmon coloured skinny jeans from Urban Planet, my jean shirt is from Forever 21, and my shoes are Kustoms from Boat House. My nails are a wonderful springy peach colour by Revlon and I bought my sun glasses at a second hand store.

Since it is still a bit chilly and a little windy by the river at the board walk I threw on my green Bench jacket.

What I'm Wearing Wednesday | April 8, 2015

#OOTD

Today probably wasn't the best day for my first what I'm wearing Wednesday as I was wearing some pretty bummy clothes; not the best first impression. Never the less, I didn't want to skip it. So today I went to my 85 year old Opa's house to help him out with his spring cleaning (even though it  is hardly spring here as it was snowing this morning). My outfit was nothing exciting as a result of this because I was thinking more about practicality than I was about fashion. Plus he lives on an island so it's not like anyone would have seen me ha ha. 

The outfit I wore today was a red, navy blue, and yellow plaid shirt that I got from Garage , which is where the white racer back tank top that I wore underneath is from as well. My jeans are probably the most comfortable pair of jeans I have ever owned. They are skinny jeans from American Eagle. 

This is what it looks like on. It's definitely nothing special but it was comfortable, easy to move in and perfect for cleaning a home on an island. On my feet I wore hand made moccasins that I got from a shop on the local reservation. Unfortunately they do not have a website that I can link, but if you can get your feet in some authentic hand-made moccasins I would highly recommend them!
